LIGHT UP NIPPON 2014 Revival Prayer fireworks for 3.11 Tohoku Earthquake
This video is LIGHT UP NIPPON which is the fireworks of prayer and memorial to the victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake. It was held simultaneously at 12 locations in the Tohoku region Japan on August 11, 2014, but this video from the fireworks launch site in Watari town, Miyagi Prefecture Tohoku Japan.
More than 15,000 people died due to the East Japan great earthquake tsunami that hit the Tohoku region all over the Pacific side on March 11, 2011, and 561 square meters of area was flooded around the coastal areas of the Iwate and Miyagi and Fukushima Prefecture.
LIGHT UP NIPPON was held for the first time on August 11, 2011 though the festival and the fireworks display were canceled all over Japan due to the earthquake disaster.
