Kobe Luminarie, which has been held every year since the Great Earthquake in 1995, celebrates its 20 th year and held the theme of “Kobe Dream and Light”. Considering the influence on the disaster area of the Great East Japan Earthquake, used an LED bulb as a part, but this year it was held back to the original incandescent light bulb.
