This is Continental Airlines Boeing 737-700 N13720, an international scheduled flight taking off from Sendai Airport.
The airline operated a scheduled international flight between Sendai and Guam, but was dissolved in March 2012 when it merged with United Airlines.
Continental Airlines was a member of SkyTeam, an airline alliance with 19 member airlines, but after agreeing to code-share flights and a business partnership with United Airlines, it left SkyTeam and joined Star Alliance, of which United Airlines is a member.
The aircraft registration N13720 is painted in special Star Alliance colors instead of Continental Airlines’ regular livery.
