4K HDR Japan Great Waterfall in Nikko | Kegon no Taki
Kegon Falls, located in Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture kanto Japan, is one of the three great waterfalls in Japan together with Nachi Falls(Wakayama Prefecture) and Fukuroda Falls(Ibaraki Prefecture).
This is also a tourist attraction that represents Nikko and Okunikko.
The amount of water flowing from Lake Chuzenji, which was formed due to the eruption of Mt. Nantai, reaches 3 to 5 tons per second. The highlight of this waterfall is the water flowing down the rock wall with a drop of 97 meters with a roaring sound.
The Kegon Falls can be seen from the top, but there is a Kegon Falls elevator (charged) for tourists who can also see the scenery around the waterfall.
From here, you can enjoy the magnificent scenery of the four seasons and the sound of a powerful waterfall up close.
There are countless small waterfalls on the hillside of Kegon Falls, where the underground water leaked from Lake Chuzenji flows.
In this video, the natural sound recorded with the built-in microphone of Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K is used as it is.
Please enjoy the cool scenery that you can see in the hot midsummer with the sound of water flowing down.
